Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of our business our items are non-returnable items

Every item we make here at Blossom & Ivy is made to order for you personally, because everything is made specifically how you requested it we cannot offer returns. 

If there is a fault with your order we must be made aware within 5 days of you receiving your order.
